Who am I and what am I all about?
First of all, I was trained by the best!
I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, Havening ADT (HADT) Pracitioner and 1 of only 10 Certified Assistant Trainers of HADT in the world.
I assisted Paul McKenna at his Get Thin event in London in February 2013. I also assisted Paul McKenna and Dr. Ron Ruden at their first Havening ADT Practitioner Training in London in May 2013.
My work has been featured in the Daily Mail, the Sunday Times and on Bay Radio.
Having attended Michael Neill's very highly regarded Supercoach Academy in Los Angeles two years in a row where I was went through an advanced level of training, I am also a Certified Advanced Transformative Coach. At the Academy I was taught by the top coaches in the world including Steve Chandler, Robert Holden, George Pransky, Bill Cumming, Mandy Evans, Gay & Kathlyn Hendricks, Nancy Kline, Paul McKenna, Ken Manning, Robin Charbit, Aaron Turner, Mara Gleason, Genpo Roshi Merzel, Robert Dilts, Chalmers Brothers, Garret Kramer, Ami Chen Naim and many more.
I also have an MBA in Finance and International Business, BA degrees in Psychology and German and Diplomas in Counselling, NLP and Coaching.
But please don't be intimidated or let the credentials lead you to believe that I am better than you. I'm a qualified hypnotherapist, counselor and coach, but I am your equal. I'm the girl next door, a wife, a step-mother and a grandmother. You won't find me in a white coat telling you what to do. Our relationship is a partnership from start to finish. You are the expert on YOU and I am there to help guide you on your journey. If you give 100% and I give 100%, then TOGETHER we have 200% to tackle any issue.
I am so grateful to have achieved so many things in my life. I was born in the USA, but I have lived all over the world. I worked in investment banking and business for 25 years. I lived the life of my dreams by moving to Spain, becoming a chef and successfully running a restaurant for 4 years. I love learning languages and I speak fluent German, pretty good Spanish and just enough French to get me into trouble! I fly-fish and deep sea fish with my husband and represented England in the Marlin World Cup in Mauritius for 10 years. I love to travel, to cook and to read. I love dogs and my Labradors. And I love to dance!!
However, my life has not always been a bowl of cherries. Just like everyone else, I have had my share of crosses to bear. My first marriage of 13 years to an alcoholic ended in divorce. I was made redundant twice in my career and both times this caused me to lose my self-confidence, develop insomnia and even claustrophobia.
Let's face it, life has its ups and downs, and no one is excluded from this. Helping others to get through these challenging times and to pursue the life of their dreams is my purpose in life and what I was brought into this world to do.
I am based in London/Surrey UK and Mojacar/Almeria Spain, but I work internationally.
